Make your home a Tree-House!

Cork is the wonder material for tricky homes. It insulates, water-proofs, reinforces, breathes, and looks great!

  • SUPERIOR ADHESION

Cork will stick to almost anything: Wood, brick, concrete, plastic, metal, even glass! So we can cover things that other products couldn’t, and guarantee a uniform finish across the entire property

  • ACOUSTIC BARRIER

Acoustic insulation goes hand in hand with thermal insulation. A CorkSol coating can absorb up to 38dB of noise, giving occupants of roadside properties a more peaceful life.

  • HIGH DURABILITY

Highly durable and flexible coating to prevent cracking. Corksol can add strength to older buildings and has the ability to flex through temperature change and reasonable building movement.

  • FIRE RESISTANCE

(Euro-class B safety rating), water resistant and breathable (this helps prevent mould and damp, gives people a healthier living and working space).

  • THERMAL INSULATOR

Strong thermal insulator and reduces thermal bridges. Case studies have shown a 5mm coating of Cork to reduce heat loss by 30%, and if that isn’t enough, it is entirely possible to apply Corksol internally as well

Practically Perfect in Every Way

Our latest project was to add a bit of warmth to a lovely house in the Surrey hills, that had it all, except the comfort of modern insulation.

Because the interior had already been beautifully decorated, and the exterior aspect would have been ruined by insulation boards. Cork was the ideal solution.

The project took 2 weeks, with no requirement for scaffold, and lots of details such as healthy wisteria and architectural timber for us to preserve.

Commercial Projects

Another recent project was to coat the latest Pets Corner store in Richmond. Their objective was to source an environmentally friendly product to support their company ethos, and the unique character that all Pets Corner store try to embody.

To keep it simple, we charge a fixed rate for all projects.

The small print:

  • Measurements include openings such as doors/windows to account for work required protecting and edging around such features.

  • Price will not include scaffold, which will need to be arranged by the client if necessary. All other access works will be assumed to be handled by the client.

  • Lastly, we make the assumption that the surface we are spraying is in good condition. If it is flaking/cracking it would need to be remedied prior to spraying (although minor repairs can be filled by us).
